A focused digital build proposal for the LGI website launch and future mobile application — prepared exclusively for Sheldon Fleming & Lisa Wright.
The Phase 1 website covers everything needed for a clean, branded launch by July 25. All six sections are included in the base price. Content-dependent sections will be built as styled placeholders until copy, bios, and photos are delivered.
Branded homepage with tagline "Merging Faith, Family and Food," mission content from LGI Greenforest Slide 2, garden photography integration, and logo placement at top right. Three CSA awareness call-to-action questions anchored at the bottom of the page.
Navigation tab with a dedicated section for each current partner: Emory-Hillandale, Don's Tree Service, ProCutters Landscape, and Organized Movements. Structured for easy future additions.
Placeholder tab structured and styled for future written testimonials. Activates when content is ready. No additional charge to populate once copy is delivered.
About Us section (Sheldon & Lisa) and Meet the Team section (farmers, Sheldon, Lisa, Chef). Built as styled placeholders now — completed once client delivers approved bios, headshots, and copy.
Integration of the LGI logo with approved brand colors (purple, beige, brown, lime green) and updated font. Optimized for web display across all screen sizes.
Full mobile and tablet optimization. Built on WordPress + Elementor Pro. Basic on-page SEO setup including page titles, meta descriptions, and structured content hierarchy.
All three options include the full Phase 1 website. The difference is the level of membership and payment functionality. You can start with Option A and upgrade to B or C at any time — nothing needs to be rebuilt.
Full website build with a simple online payment button so members can pay for a CSA membership directly from the site. No member login portal — just a clean, direct payment flow. Can be expanded to Option B or C at any time without rebuilding the site from scratch.
Full website plus a complete membership system for one church location. Members create accounts, log in, choose Single or Family tiers, and pay online. Includes a membership management dashboard. This option requires significant backend development including user authentication, member permission layers, payment workflows, and database architecture. Can be started after Option A launches.
Everything in Option B plus per-church member segmentation. Each church location has its own separate member roster and pool — compiled independently as requested. This option adds an additional layer of database architecture, user permission management, and per-location reporting on top of the full membership system. Best choice if launching at multiple churches simultaneously.
A clear summary of every configuration and its total investment.

A future hybrid mobile app built in Flutter will extend the LGI platform to iOS and Android. All three tiers below include everything they have requested. The estimates are directional — a formal quote will be provided after a dedicated scoping session.
Informational content, announcements, partner directory, contact features, and a video library with YouTube or Vimeo embedded content. iOS and Android via Flutter. Best for launch phase before membership features are needed.
Everything above plus member login, CSA membership tiers, in-app payment processing, members-only video access, testimonial uploads, push notifications, and per-church member segmentation.
Complete platform including all member features, video library, payments, per-church segmentation, corporate ad placements, sponsored membership management, admin dashboards, and advanced content controls. This tier covers the full scope of what LGI has described.
Only Option A can meet the July 25 target. Options B and C require additional build time and are best started as a Phase 2 upgrade after the website is live.
Meets the target launch date. Full website with a simple payment button for CSA memberships. No member login portal — members pay and receive a confirmation. Upgradeable to B or C after launch.
Requires 2 to 3 additional weeks beyond the website build for membership system setup, testing, and payment gateway configuration. Best started as Phase 2 after Option A launches.
Requires per-church segmentation architecture on top of the full membership system. Most complex build. Best planned as Phase 3 once the organization is operating at multiple church locations simultaneously.
Proposal approved, 50% deposit received, project officially begins
Client delivers garden photos, logo files, and any available copy
Homepage, navigation, all sections built, payment button configured
Client review, feedback, and up to two rounds of revisions
Final balance due, site goes live, domain connected
Content Dependency Notice: The About Us and Meet the Team sections cannot be completed until client-approved bios, headshots, and copy are delivered. If content is not received by July 11, those sections will launch as styled placeholders and be completed in a follow-up update at no additional charge, provided content is delivered within 30 days of launch.
Clear terms protect both sides and keep the project on track.
This proposal covers the six website sections listed above and the selected membership option only. Custom app features, video libraries, medical data uploads, corporate ad portals, and revenue management systems are separate Phase 2 engagements quoted independently.
Client is responsible for providing all final copy, photography, bios, and brand assets. Organized Movements will not write or source content on the client's behalf unless separately agreed. Delays in content delivery may affect the July 25 launch date.
Two rounds of revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revision rounds beyond the included two are billed at $75 per hour. Revision requests must be submitted in writing.
Organized Movements handles the full setup and configuration of your hosting account, domain connection, SSL, and WordPress installation as part of the build — at no additional charge. The client purchases and owns the hosting plan and domain. SSL is included free with all reputable managed WordPress hosts — there is no separate SSL fee. The first year of all required plugin licenses is also covered by Organized Movements (see above). After launch, the client is responsible for annual renewals: hosting $120–$300/yr, domain $15–$20/yr, Elementor Pro $59/yr, MemberPress or WooCommerce Memberships $179–$299/yr (Options B and C only).
Stripe or PayPal transaction fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are the client's ongoing responsibility. These are not included in the build cost and are paid directly to the payment processor.
Any features, pages, or functionality requested outside the scope of the selected package will be quoted separately via a written change order. No additional work begins without written approval and a confirmed payment arrangement. This protects both parties and keeps the project on schedule.
Work begins upon receipt of the signed agreement and 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the site goes live. No exceptions. Any features or changes requested outside the scope of the selected package will be quoted separately via a written change order before any additional work begins.
Once the site is live, ongoing maintenance keeps it secure, updated, and running cleanly. Care plans are optional monthly retainers available after launch. These are separate from the build cost and are not required to proceed.
Core maintenance coverage to keep your site secure and current after launch.
Everything in Basic plus hands-on content support each month.
The July 25 launch date is achievable. The next step is approving this proposal, signing the agreement, and submitting the 50% deposit. Once those two things are in place, work begins immediately.
