THE BROMELL BRANDAuthority PlatformBAAM! Keynote Launch

The Bromell Brand positions you as an author, keynote speaker, veteran, self-made business leader, and community-minded strategist whose landscaping company ranks among the top 150 in the United States. BAAM! is the keynote launch platform inside that larger identity. Across this twelve-month engagement, we will turn your experience, polished presence, charisma, faith, business record, and commitment to giving back into a coordinated speaking, publishing, content, and commerce system. Current27 becomes the major launch moment for Blood, Sweat & Grass book sales, media visibility, and future engagements.

The Bromell Brand

One Life Story. Built Into an Authority Platform.

The Bromell Brand is the primary authority platform. It brings your full identity into one clear public position: author, keynote speaker, veteran, self-made business leader, community-minded strategist, and founder of a landscaping company ranked among the top 150 in the United States. Your credibility is not built on a single talk. It is built on the life, business record, presentation, generosity, and perspective behind it.

BAAM! Business As A Ministry is the keynote launch platform inside The Bromell Brand. You brought Organized Movements the original BAAM concept, its Batman inspiration, and its meaning. That creative foundation is yours. Together, we shape the familiar WHAM!, POW!, ZAP!, and BOOM! vocabulary into a disciplined leadership framework focused on purpose, wisdom, stewardship, sustainable leadership, and meaningful service.

Organized Movements expands that foundation into a coordinated authority system, including The Armor of Business, the website, monthly thought leadership, publishing campaigns, workshops, media conversations, and speaking opportunities. Blood, Sweat & Grass becomes an active commercial and storytelling asset across the platform. Its activities, lessons, and lived examples enter the keynote and recurring content, while direct purchase pathways, event QR access, and the website storefront turn interest into measurable book and audiobook sales.

WHAM!

Wounds Hidden and Managed

A wound can be hidden from the room while still managing the leader. Unprocessed pain begins shaping identity, decisions, relationships, confidence, and the willingness to keep building.

How you can use it: Tell the high-level story of losing a worker, carrying the guilt, and stepping away as though you needed to punish yourself. Then separate responsible accountability from allowing a wound to control the rest of your assignment.

POW!

Pride Over Wisdom

Pride over wisdom appears when image, control, experience, or the need to look certain prevents a leader from receiving counsel. The leader protects a position while exposing the assignment.

How you can use it: Name a moment when protecting your image or relying only on your own experience could have kept you from hearing what the business needed. Invite the audience to identify the advice they keep resisting.

ZAP!

Zeal Absent Purpose

Zeal without purpose is enthusiasm that outruns wisdom. It can make a leader work hard, speak loudly, and fight fiercely while still moving farther from the right assignment.

How you can use it: Use your desire to become a homeowner for the appearance of success, then connect Romans 10:2 to the need for zeal to be directed by knowledge, purpose, and spiritual discernment.

BOOM!

Burned Out on Mission

Mission becomes burnout when calling is pursued without the preparation, systems, capacity, or qualifications required to carry the opportunity responsibly. Ambition reaches the door before readiness can walk through it.

How you can use it: Connect your pursuit of government contracts, what the business did not yet have in place, and the New Orleans job you accepted to meet the requirements. Show that preparation is not a delay of purpose. It is part of purpose.

Current27 Keynote Architecture

27 Programmed Minutes. Three-Minute Buffer.

00

0:00–3:30

KILL the Fly

You open with the KILL the Fly activity from your book. The activity gives the room an immediate moment of participation and comedic relief, lowers resistance, and lets the audience experience your personality before you ask them to examine their leadership. As the laughter settles, you pivot directly into the opening impact statement: “What if the biggest villain your business is facing is you?”

01

3:30–8:00

WHAM!

Wounds Hidden and Managed. You tell the high-level story of losing a worker, the guilt that followed, and the season when stepping away became a form of self-punishment. The lesson separates accountability from remaining trapped by the wound.

02

8:00–11:30

POW!

Pride Over Wisdom. You show how image, certainty, and self-protection can make leaders resist counsel. The audience sees that wisdom is not weakness; it is protection for the assignment.

03

11:30–16:00

ZAP!

Zeal Absent Purpose. Enthusiasm can make you work hard, speak loudly, and fight fiercely while still moving away from where you are meant to be. Your homeownership story shows what happens when appearance becomes the goal. Romans 10:2 provides the faith parallel: zeal requires knowledge and direction.

04

16:00–20:30

BOOM!

Burned Out on Mission. You connect the desire to win government contracts with the reality of not yet having every required element in place, then show how accepting the New Orleans job helped you build the readiness the opportunity demanded.

05

20:30–24:30

The BAAM! Protection

Business As A Ministry becomes more than a definition. It becomes the operating system that keeps wounds, pride, zeal, and mission from turning against the leader: purpose gives direction, wisdom creates coverage, stewardship builds readiness, and service keeps success aligned.

06

24:30–27:00

Do Not Become the Villain

You close with the central charge: do not become the villain in your own business. The audience leaves with one clear question about the pattern most likely to sabotage what they have been called to build, while the program retains a three-minute live-event buffer.

BLOOD, SWEAT & GRASS

Your original book is not treated as a footnote or a sales insert. Its activities, language, lessons, and lived examples become part of the keynote itself, beginning with KILL the Fly. The audience receives immediate value from the material, recognizes the book as the deeper continuation of the experience, and encounters clear purchase pathways through the event QR strategy and Bromell Brand website.

Vision 02 · Platform Expansion

BAAM! The Armor of Business

Faith · Stewardship · Equipment

A Leader Cannot Simply Have Vision. A Leader Must Be Equipped to Carry It.

Current27 introduces The Villains of Business: the wounds, pride, misdirected zeal, and unprepared mission that can sabotage what you are called to build. As an original Organized Movements expansion concept, Vision 2 moves the platform from identifying those threats to showing leaders how to stay covered, prepared, and equipped.

The armor metaphor is handled with respect. We will not turn the Armor of God into a gimmick or reduce its spiritual meaning to a business device. We will honor the principle of being covered and prepared, then connect that principle to the disciplines and tools leaders need to carry vision responsibly.

THE CENTRAL IDEA

Ambition may start the work. Armor helps you carry the weight of the work without losing your purpose, your people, or yourself.

01

Faith

Keep the work aligned with calling, conviction, and obedience rather than image alone.

02

Stewardship

Treat people, opportunity, influence, and resources as responsibilities to manage well.

03

Wisdom

Use counsel, knowledge, discernment, and timing to give zeal a trustworthy direction.

04

Systems

Build repeatable structure so the business can support growth without depending on constant rescue.

05

Accountability

Create honest coverage around decisions, leadership behavior, commitments, and blind spots.

06

Financial Clarity

Know the numbers, requirements, capacity, and risk before an opportunity becomes an obligation.

07

Strategy

Translate vision into priorities, sequence, preparation, and measurable next steps.

08

Tools

Equip the leader with the processes, technology, team support, and operating resources the assignment requires.

How Vision 2 Expands

One Framework. Multiple Ways to Serve Leaders.

The Armor of Business can grow beyond a single keynote without losing its spiritual integrity or practical value. Each format goes deeper into preparation, discipline, stewardship, and the tools required to lead well.

The Business Objective

BAAM! Creates the Moment. The Bromell Brand Converts It.

We are not building a keynote and then trying to market it. We are building The Bromell Brand around the keynote so Current27 becomes the springboard and launch pad for a sustained campaign that turns credibility, attention, and audience trust into book sales, speaking inquiries, media opportunities, and long-term relationships.

01 · Recognition

Establish The Bromell Brand

Build one clear public identity around your record as an author, veteran, self-made business leader, speaker, strategist, and community-minded example.

02 · Audience

Stay Present Every Week

Use purposeful reels of up to 60 seconds to build familiarity before the conference and sustain it afterward.

03 · Speaking

Serve Multiple Demographics

Give event planners a clear signature framework that can be responsibly adapted for corporate, ministry, nonprofit, and conference audiences.

04 · Books

Increase Blood, Sweat & Grass Sales

Use keynote activities, recurring book-led content, event QR access, direct website checkout, and audience follow-up to make the book a natural next step rather than a detached sales pitch.

05 · Relevance

Enter Important Conversations

Respond consistently to leadership, business, faith, stewardship, purpose, and marketplace ministry topics.

06 · Revenue

Convert Visibility Into Opportunity

Support paid engagements, media invitations, partnerships, advisory work, and long-term audience value.

THE SHIFT

Current27 is the launch pad for BAAM!, not the limit of the brand. The Bromell Brand is the twelve-month authority system that prepares the market, captures the moment, increases demand for Blood, Sweat & Grass, and keeps creating opportunities after the applause.

The Twelve-Month Strategic Engagement

Establish the Brand. Launch BAAM! Extend the Value.

The recommended twelve-month timeline runs from July 2026 through June 2027. If the monthly partnership is activated later, the twelve-month service term and corresponding timeline will begin on the agreed activation date. Current27 remains the strategic launch moment within the active engagement.

  1. Jul–Sep Define The Bromell Brand positioning, BAAM! framework, keynote direction, commerce-ready website architecture, book-sales pathways, and recurring web-series pillars.
  2. Oct–Dec Establish publishing consistency, launch the growing episode library, integrate Blood, Sweat & Grass and lived stories, and strengthen the media foundation.
  3. Jan–Mar Finalize the adaptable keynote system, expand the monthly series, intensify selective visibility, and build qualified anticipation for April.
  4. Apr 2027 Launch BAAM! at Current27 and route attention toward the Bromell Brand website, subscriber pathway, Blood, Sweat & Grass storefront, and speaking process.
  5. May–Jun Distribute approved event assets, continue the web series, strengthen the speaker reel and media kit, follow up with buyers and inquiries, and use the conference moment to open the next opportunities.
VALUE BEYOND THE TERM

At the conclusion of the twelve-month engagement, you will own The Bromell Brand authority platform: the adaptable BAAM! keynote system, website, content library, book-sales pathways, speaker materials, field footage, conversion systems, and brand assets. These tools continue supporting speaking, publishing, and outreach after the engagement concludes.

Included Local Field Capture

Full Current27 coverage remains separately scoped: comprehensive conference documentation by Gazza and Angel is not one of the four included field sessions. Travel, lodging, credentials, venue access, coverage plan, production requirements, editing scope, deliverables, and turnaround will be quoted after expectations are defined and approved in writing.

Investment Paths

Choose the Project. Build the Platform.

Each part of the engagement can be selected independently. The Complete Two-Format Keynote System is a $4,750 keynote-only service. The website and monthly partnership remain separate services unless you approve the complete authority path.

Recommended Next Move

Establish the Brand. Command the Stage.

The recommended next move is to select the keynote format that best supports Current27 and determine whether the Bromell Brand website and Strategic Growth System should begin now or activate in phases. Our strongest recommendation remains the complete platform because beginning early gives us the greatest opportunity to establish your authority, increase demand for Blood, Sweat & Grass, and build qualified momentum before the conference.
